The Kansas City Business Journal has named Best Places to Work finalists for 2009. The finalists were selected based on surveys of employees that asked the employees to rate the Kansas City employers on team effectiveness, retention probability, alignment to goals, trust with co-workers, individual contribution, manager effectiveness, trust in senior leaders, feeling valued, work engagement, and people practices.
In Part 3, we review the large companies (250-plus employees) named the Best Places to Work in Kansas City.
